Substance use treatment provider

student loan repayment program

If you have an active contract for the MA Repay: Substance Use Treatment Provider Student Loan Repayment Program, you are an MA Repay participant. Thank you for your commitment to providing essential services to Massachusetts patients.

You must remain at an eligible organization during your service commitment to receive your student loan repayment award. If you signed your awardee contract before August 28, 2024, eligible employment settings include substance use disorder treatment organizations that are NOT community health centers, community mental health centers, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, or psychiatric units in acute care hospitals.

To ensure your continued eligibility, you must notify the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers prior to changing your employment status during your service commitment. This includes reducing working hours, changing organizations, unemployment, etc.

This program will award funding through two rounds of applications. The program collected Cohort Two applications from August 28, 2024 - September 25, 2024. Applicants awarded through Cohort One signed contracts before August 28, 2024.
